Photoshop MAsters! Need your help!?

So I’ve been working on my photoshop skills and editing and airbrushing and fixing things and recently someone had asked me if I was good enough to give someone amazing cleavage. I replied saying I probably could so they gave me a photo which was impossible to work with! (No offense to the girl).

All I can think of is to stretch out what’s already there: by repainting it, dragging it out and filling in the in-between, smudging it outwards…
